What people say about us
"I am pleased to inform you that our interim assessment shows that
the school's performance has been sustained and that we can defer its
next full inspection.", Ofsted interim assessment July 2010.
"The range of activities offered is exceptional. Achievement is outstanding.", Ofsted report 2007.
"I ran out of paper in making a list of all the things you do here.
There are so many chances for you to try sports, drama, and music. I'm
glad you make the most of them. For such a small school you have a lot
of talented adults working with you, this is one of the reasons why you
are doing so well. I know you appreciate all the clubs, visits, visitors
and special events in school. So do your parents. I especially liked
your wonderful garden and the way you look after it.", letter from
Ofsted Lead Inspector to LAMPS pupils 2007.
"The school has maintained enviable outcomes over a period of years,
and these achievements have been recognised both locally and
nationally.", Investors in People assessment 2007.
"Please accept my warmest congratulations and pass them on to your
staff, governors and, of course, your pupils.", letter from Her Majesty's
Chief Inspector of Schools advising LAMPS of its Ofsted 'Particularly
Successful School' accreditation in 2005.
"This is a very good school. The way that the governing body,
headteacher, teachers and their assistants work in harmony to allow
pupils to succeed, enjoy learning and grow in maturity is first rate.", Ofsted report 2003.
